Parking and electrical charging points are available on site. We ask that hotel guests confirm their registration plates at reception on arrival. We do not offer reserved spaces.

You are more than welcome to bring decorations for your booking or event. We kindly ask that nothing is stuck to the walls and we do not allow confetti.

Children are welcome in the bar area and restaurant, we also have a children’s playroom in the main bar and outside – this does not need to be booked in advance.

We can be reached by car, bus or foot. We are a 20-minute walk from Norwich Train Station or a 10 minute bus ride. Parking is available on site for those arriving by car, and available on a first-come basis.

Our large walled beer garden tables are first come - first served, so no need to book!

If you would like to join us for Afternoon Tea we ask that you book 48 hours in advance.

Dogs are welcome in the bar area and gardens. We also have dog friendly rooms available. Please get in touch if you are a hotel guest and planning to bring a pet as charges may apply.

There is a bus stop (Georgian Townhouse) located just outside the hotel on the main road.

Our main pub entrance has a ramp, and we have accessible bathrooms in the main bar.

Some of our rooms are on the ground floor and we have one accessible room which includes grab handles in the wet room.  This room can be set up as a double or twin.

No corkage or external food to be brought onsite. Celebration cakes such as wedding or birthday are permitted.  Please let us know in advance if you are planning to bring a cake.
